As soon as we came in we were greeted. Even though we were in a rush they took their time understanding what we wanted. One of the best customer service we have received. Bought a pair of PMC's with the Yamaha RN2000. Recommends to anyone who's in love with music. Can't wait to listen to the gear. Cheers!

I dealt with Ethan and couldn’t recommend him enough. I didn’t have much experience in the audiophile world as I came from a DJ background where I originally thought there wasn’t too much difference between the two, but wow did I find out I had a lot to learn. All I knew was that I wanted a Technics SL1210 because that was the industry standard for vinyl DJs back in the day. Ethan went deeper, checked the history, and guided me to an amazing version of the 1210 that fits true hi-fi listening. He also recommended a cartridge far better suited to audiophile listening than the DJ style I had first considered, and the mono option he suggested has been fantastic.
